SPYDERCO KNIFE MALL RETURN POLICY

Your SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - Products can be returned to Spyderco Knife Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price of the knives. The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging. Spyderco Knife Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product. Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items.

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us. Spyderco knives are a quality knife and carry a warranty from the manufacturer.

You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. This is to make sure you get proper credit. We will let you know where to return your product.

To obtain a RA#,e-mail us at support@spydercoknifemall.com or call us at (802) 303-3053. We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any Paperwork. RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
